Early in 2020, a project was identified through a utility’s engineering department for seven severely deteriorated manholes in the area. The initial capital-improvements-funded project called for these seven manholes to be conventionally excavated and replaced with new structures; however, rather than full excavation, Engineered Spray Solutions, LLC concluded that the project was suitable for structural lining with SprayWall leading to tremendous cost savings and minimal disruption to the community.

Despite the operational challenges, this project shows the versatility of Sprayroq® SprayShield Green, and the incredible applications the coating can be used in.

SprayWall^® was chosen by the University of Texas at Arlington in a 2020 study to create testing and application standards for spray-applied pipe rehabilitation liners in Department of Transportation markets.

A federal facility built during WWII for the manufacturing of military grade explosives and converted into a Veterans Association Hospital Campus after the war. A freshwater treatment facility was built on the campus in the early 1950’s to provide potable water for the entire self-sufficient campus.

The job also dealt with below freezing temperatures and extremely narrow one-way roads for access.
