Texas Lift Station Rehabilitation
A Texas lift station was suffering from severe deterioration and loss of structural integrity.
Fuquay, Inc., applied SprayWall to the structure, avoiding excavation and ensuring a truly structural repair.
Texas Culvert Rehabilitation
Underneath a crucial Texan highway, a trio of concrete box culverts faced major concrete spalling and extensive cracks.
Because SprayWall meets rigorous standards for bridge class structures, a precisely engineered application of SprayWall restored the load-bearing capacity of the compromised culverts.
Potomac Interceptor Project
The existing infrastructure was deteriorating, so it was replaced with a new concrete interceptor and preventatively lined with SprayWall to protect from the harsh sewer environment.
The preventative application of SprayWall to new assets assures its operational longevity through protection from structural damage and corrosion.
SprayShield Green Clarifier
Deterioration of concrete in wastewater clarifier launders, caused by chemical treatments, led to exposed rebar, cracks, and extensive algae build-up, necessitating frequent and labor-intensive cleaning.
SprayShield Green was applied to restore and protect the deteriorated concrete surfaces, creating a smooth, non-porous layer that prevents algae cling and reduces cleaning maintenance.
New York Water Tower
A wooden water tower, standing 30 feet high on a 15-foot hill, desperately needed rehabilitation.
Sprayroq, in partnership with local certified partner Savy & Sons, approached the rehabilitation of this wooden structure with a strategic solution: polyurea.
