Potomac Interceptor Project
The existing infrastructure was deteriorating, so it was replaced with a new concrete interceptor and preventatively lined with SprayWall to protect from the harsh sewer environment.
The preventative application of SprayWall to new assets assures its operational longevity through protection from structural damage and corrosion.
SprayShield Green Clarifier
Deterioration of concrete in wastewater clarifier launders, caused by chemical treatments, led to exposed rebar, cracks, and extensive algae build-up, necessitating frequent and labor-intensive cleaning.
SprayShield Green was applied to restore and protect the deteriorated concrete surfaces, creating a smooth, non-porous layer that prevents algae cling and reduces cleaning maintenance.
New York Water Tower
A wooden water tower, standing 30 feet high on a 15-foot hill, desperately needed rehabilitation.
Sprayroq, in partnership with local certified partner Savy & Sons, approached the rehabilitation of this wooden structure with a strategic solution: polyurea.
North Beach, MD
A pump station in North Beach, Maryland had suffered damage from H2S exposure, resulting in exposed aggregate and deteriorating concrete.
The decision to utilize SprayWall for this job proved highly beneficial. Not only did it offer significant cost savings, with the lining process being approximately one-third of the cost of traditional excavation and replacement methods, but it also drastically reduced the timeline for completion.
